Built by People Who
Know the Business.

Most of APAR’s leadership team came up inside automotive. All of them know the business from the inside.

Executive Team

The Six Who Run It

Brandon Berryman — Chief Executive Officer, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning

Brandon Berryman

Chief Executive Officer

Brandon Berryman is the CEO of All-Pro Auto Reconditioning. He started with the company as a part-time leather repair technician in Fort Bend County, Texas, and grew through the ranks over the next two decades — technician to co-owner to sole owner after buying out the original founder.

Along the way, he acquired and operated Sport Performance Collision Center in Stafford, Texas, building dealership relationships across the Houston market before consolidating his focus on All-Pro full-time.

Under Brandon's leadership, All-Pro has grown to serve 264 active dealership locations across 25 states with more than 1,400 technicians. The company's Single Vendor Solution delivers the full reconditioning cycle — PDR, paint, interior, wheels, glass, ceramic coating, detail, and photography — under one contract, replacing the patchwork of vendors most dealers have been managing for years.

Brandon runs the company the way he learned the trade: preparation matters, shortcuts compound, and the standard is the standard.

Brett Boettcher — Chief Strategy Officer, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning

Brett Boettcher

Chief Strategy Officer

Brett Boettcher is the Chief Strategy Officer of All-Pro Auto Reconditioning. He joined the company in 2007 as a full-time Interior Technician and built his career from the field up: Field Supervisor, Director of Field Operations, VP of Operations, EVP, President of Operations, and now CSO.

That progression is the foundation of All-Pro's Single Vendor Solution, the model Brett architected and continues to run. One partner, one invoice, one point of contact across PDR, interior restoration, paint correction, and CPO reconditioning, serving 264 active locations across 25 states.

Brett also cultivated All-Pro's partnership with Hendrick Motorsports and William Byron's No. 24 NASCAR Cup Series team, a relationship rooted in a shared standard of precision and preparation.

He holds a BBA from Baylor University in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship.

Monty Meave — Chief Revenue Officer, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning

Monty Meave

Chief Revenue Officer

Monty Meave is the Chief Revenue Officer of All-Pro Auto Reconditioning. Before joining All-Pro, he spent the first part of his career on the dealer side, rising to General Manager at Sonic Automotive, one of the country's largest publicly traded dealer groups.

That dealer-side experience shaped his focus at All-Pro, where he leads revenue strategy and dealer partnerships across 25 states. His work centers on moving dealer groups from multi-vendor recon models to a single-vendor structure with one invoice, one point of accountability, and measurable recon time reduction. Dealers working with All-Pro have reduced acquisition-to-frontline windows from 14–24 days to 2–3 days across an operation processing roughly 40,000 vehicles per month.

Monty serves on the board of the KnowAutism Foundation in Houston. Outside work, he lives in Houston with his wife, Nicole, and her daughter, McKinley. Weekends run toward golf, travel, and deep-sea fishing trips offshore.

Fernando Peralta — CPA · Chief Financial Officer, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning

Fernando Peralta

CPA · Chief Financial Officer

Fernando Peralta is the CFO of All-Pro Auto Reconditioning. He brings 25 years of financial leadership in high-growth environments, including scaling The Home Depot's Mexican division to a national footprint exceeding $1B in annual sales and growing a loan portfolio by more than 10x at Propel Financial Services while leading two successful exits.

At All-Pro, Fernando builds the financial infrastructure that lets the operation scale without losing control of what it earns. His focus is on the systems that hold up under growth pressure, from cost controls to margin architecture.

He holds a master's in accounting from UT Austin and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.

Thomas Rocha — VP of Operations, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning

Thomas Rocha

VP of Operations

Thomas Rocha is All-Pro's VP of Operations. He joined the company as a technician in 2009 and advanced through area supervisor to his current role. Before All-Pro, he spent nearly a decade at Safelite in warehouse and general management.

Thomas has run the reconditioning process at every level, which is why his focus today is cycle time: how quickly a vehicle moves from acquisition through recon to the frontline. Every day a unit sits in recon is holding cost. His work is building an operation that closes that window consistently, across every location, every month.

He lives in Friendswood, TX, with his wife of 24 years, five kids, and four dogs. On weekends, you'll find him catching some live music, watching an Astros game or watching the No. 24 car on the track at a NASCAR race.

LinkedIn
Trey Bono — VP of Customer Success, All-Pro Auto Reconditioning

Trey Bono

VP of Customer Success

Trey Bono is All-Pro's VP of Customer Success, overseeing every active dealer relationship in the company. He started as a technician in Texas, moved into dealership reconditioning operations, and spent years running outsourced recon services across the Midwest as Regional VP. He brings more than 20 years in the industry.

Trey's team is the direct line between All-Pro's field operation and its dealership partners. When a recon cycle slips, a turnaround window breaks, or a workflow needs restructuring, his team owns the resolution. His background in risk management follows the same logic: find the exposure before it compounds.

He lives in Houston with his wife, two boys, and two dogs. Saturdays go toward family and youth sports — either watching or helping coach his son's baseball team. He follows the Astros and NASCAR when the schedule opens up and, more than likely, has a family Disney trip in some stage of planning as you're reading this.
