What We Offer

Six services.
One trusted company.

Paint protection film applied to a vehicle hood

Paint Protection Film

Military-grade film. Invisible. Self-healing.

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) film — not vinyl, not paint — applied to high-impact zones: hood, fenders, mirrors, door edges, and rocker panels. Minor scratches self-heal at temperatures above 100°F (ambient heat or warm water). Premium film carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty. When installed correctly, the film is virtually invisible with no orange peel and no yellowing.

Your paint stays factory-perfect indefinitely.

Ceramic coating being applied to vehicle paint

Ceramic Coating

Nano-ceramic bond. Molecular-level protection.

A nano-ceramic compound bonds to your clear coat at a molecular level — not a wax, not a sealant. Premium coatings achieve a 9H hardness rating (pencil hardness scale) and a contact angle above 100°, meaning water beads and sheets off rather than sitting on the surface. Protects against UV oxidation, chemical etching, and light surface contamination. Entry-level coatings last 2 to 5 years; professional-grade coatings last 7 to 10 years.

Washes take minutes. The coat lasts years.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does paint protection film installation take?

A full-car PPF installation takes 1 to 3 days depending on vehicle size and coverage zone. Partial coverage (front bumper, hood, mirrors) is typically completed in 4 to 6 hours. The film requires 24 to 48 hours of cure time before washing.

Is ceramic coating worth it?

For vehicles driven regularly, yes. A professional ceramic coating eliminates the need for waxing, resists chemical etching from bird droppings and tree sap, and maintains paint gloss significantly longer than sealants. Premium coatings carry 7 to 10 year durability when maintained correctly. The upfront cost is offset by reduced detailing frequency over the vehicle's life.

How long does window tint installation take?

Window tint on a standard sedan takes 2 to 4 hours. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks) are typically 3 to 5 hours. Cure time is 3 to 5 days — avoid rolling windows down during that window.

What is the difference between PPF and ceramic coating?

PPF is a physical film that absorbs impact and prevents chips, scratches, and road debris damage. Ceramic coating is a chemical bond that protects the surface from environmental contamination, UV, and light abrasion. They serve different purposes and are often applied together: PPF on high-impact zones, ceramic coating over the full vehicle.

Does APAR offer detailing before coating or film installation?

Yes. A paint decontamination wash and paint correction step is standard before any PPF or ceramic coating application. Coating over contaminated or scratched paint locks the defects in. APAR's process addresses the surface before any protective product goes on.
