Who We Are
APAR started in Houston in 1994 as a single-market PDR operation. Thirty years later, we’re 1,400+ technicians across 20+ states — the largest independent on-site reconditioning company in the US.
We grew because we invested in the people doing the work. Our best regional managers were technicians first. Our training programs are designed by the techs who do the job every day. If you want to build a career — not just clock hours — this is the right company.

On-site positions at dealer partner locations, field operations roles, and HQ-based corporate roles across operations, sales, and support. One company, multiple directions.
