Careers at APAR
1,400 technicians. 25 states. A company built by craftspeople, for craftspeople — with real advancement, competitive pay, and a culture that respects the work.
Who We Are
APAR started in Houston in 1994 as a single-market PDR operation. Thirty years later, we’re 1,400 technicians across 25 states — the largest independent mobile reconditioning company in the US.
We grew because we invested in the people doing the work. Our best regional managers were technicians first. Our training programs are designed by the techs who do the job every day. If you want to build a career — not just clock hours — this is the right company.
Every vehicle we touch carries someone else's standard. We treat it that way.
Days on lot cost dealers money. We move with urgency without cutting corners.
Our technicians are professionals. We trust them, train them, and promote from within.
Whether it is a dealer or a teammate, we show up like partners — not vendors.
