APAR was built by tradespeople. We invest in the next generation of them.

the Trades

Use specific program names, dollar amounts, and participant numbers when available. Tone: proud but practical. Not charitable theater — this is workforce development that also serves the industry.]

The skilled trades are underpopulated. APAR operates in that gap every day — and we take seriously our responsibility to develop the next generation of technicians who will keep this industry running.

Our best people came up through the work. Many started in entry-level roles and built certifications on the job. That path is intentional, and we’re working to make it more accessible — not just inside APAR, but across the industry.

Community Investment

Where We Operate,
We Invest

With 1,400 technicians deployed across 22+ states, APAR is a genuine presence in dozens of communities. That presence comes with responsibility.

We sponsor, partner with, and show up for the communities where our people live and work — starting in Houston, where APAR was founded in 1994.

NASCAR Community Activation

With Purpose

[COPY: If APAR’s William Byron / No. 24 / Hendrick Motorsports sponsorship includes community or charitable activation components, document them here. Could include fan experience programs, charity tie-ins at race weekends, or HMS Foundation connections. If no such program exists yet, omit this section entirely rather than fabricating content. Coordinate with Evan before publishing.]

APAR’s sponsorship of William Byron and the No. 24 Chevrolet at Hendrick Motorsports reflects our values — not just our marketing budget. We’re proud to be part of a team that takes precision and performance as seriously as we do.
